Established in 1964, the African Development Bank is the premier pan-African development institution, promoting economic growth and social progress across the continent. The Internship program is part of a wider Talent Management Framework which facilitates the Bank to deliver on its Ten-Year Strategy. Objectives include providing students with an opportunity to acquire professional and practical experience at the Bank and providing the Bank with a pool of potential candidates for future recruitment. Internships shall be granted for a period not less than three (3) months and not more than six (6) months. Selected interns will perform their internship either remotely or on-site depending on the needs of their respective hiring units.
