Job Overview Responsibilities: Analyzing Business Opportunities: Assisting in financial and commercial analysis of new land sales, development projects, and other opportunities, presenting findings to senior management for approval. Developing & Maintaining Financial Models: Collaborating on the creation and maintenance of business plans and financial models for real estate developments, including core components such as power, water, and telecoms. Creating Presentations: Collaborating on the creation of high-quality presentations for senior management, utilizing both financial data and visual aids to effectively communicate insights and updates. Supporting Strategy Development Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies for both existing and new businesses, under the guidance of senior team members Investor Relations Management Assisting in maintaining investor information memoranda for real estate and other projects, helping to ensure accuracy and relevance. Participation in Deal Origination & Execution: Supporting deal origination and execution processes, contributing to various stages as directed by more experienced team members. Terms of engagement 3 Months internship with possibility to extend for an additional 3 months Potential for Full time engagement if performance is satisfactory after the intial 6 months
