Refund Policy:

In the unlikely event that you do not receive our services within 1 year of upgrading, we offer a 50% refund of your initial payment. However, the following conditions apply:

Your account will automatically revert back to Module A, and you will lose access to Module B benefits. The refund will be processed within 30 days after your request.

• Type: One-time payment non-recurring
• Eligibility: Available to all users registered under Module A.

Terms and Conditions:

The upgrade is valid for one year from the date of payment before you request for a refund. No refund will be made until the due date. If you fail to utilize any of the services provided under Module B within the one-year period, you may request a 50% refund of your initial payment. This will revert your account to Module A, and you will no longer have access to Module B benefits unless you upgrade again. Refund requests must be made within 30 days after the one-year period ends in writing using the provided email in our site.
